Crossfit Gymnastics is a way for athletes of all levels to enhance and perfect the functional movements of gymnastic skills utilized in Crossfit. Practicing the push up to the ring muscle up and everything in between, this class is meant to augment current training or as a stand-alone skills class to simply learn control over your own body. This class is for all levels, and everything is scale-able. There is a heavy focus on form, and correct body-weight movements often done in a "strict" manner.
