YOUTH PROGRAM

CrossFit AZO’s Youth Program is run by a pediatric occupational therapist and includes group training by age, private team training, community outreach and education. All programming and classes are based upon the CrossFit Kids methodology, meaning each and every one of our Youth Program coaches have been extensively trained and certified to work with kids, Pre-K through Teens, in this setting. This allows us to develop safe, appropriate programming to meet each age group’s specific needs. We offer a variety of programs for our youth, and we are constantly growing and expanding to meet the needs of all our athletes. Please see below for the specifics of each program. Also check out our Adaptive Fitness program page to learn more about programs we offer for kids with disabilities.
